FULFILLMENT POLICY

After placing an order, customers will immediately receive an email with:

1) An order confirmation/ purchase receipt

2) A downloadable "Thank You" Word document

​

Customers should then expect to receive their content by email within 5 business days for orders up to 7,000 words. Larger orders may take longer to fulfill. Each completed article, page of content, or batch of product descriptions will be submitted in a separate Word document by email. 

 

Whenever a client needs their order rushed, we will do our best to make it happen. Use the Contact page to inform us of your timeline.
